UNF Student Union Reservations

Reservations are currently open through December 12, 2025.

Spring and Summer 2026 Reservations 

Prior to the Open Access period, groups are permitted to submit at most:
  • One (1) recurring Meeting reservation request
  • One (1) recurring Tabling reservation request
  • One (1) stand-alone Event reservation request
  • One (1) recurring Market Days reservation request

Reservations will open at 10 a.m. on the below dates:

  • Monday, Sept. 22: Student Government branches, agencies, and commissions, including Registered Student Organizations in good standing with the Osprey Involvement Center
  • Thursday, Sept. 25: Greek organizations in good standing with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life
  • Monday, Sept. 29: University Departments
  • Thursday, Oct. 2: Open Access - all groups, including External Groups, may submit as many reservation requests as needed

New Account Requests

  • Do not submit duplicate requests; for login help email su.reservations@unf.edu. Allow 2 business days for processing account requests.
  • UNF Students, Faculty & Staff: Submit an account request form.
  • External Groups (including UNF Alumni): Click the green Request An Account button on the Web App sign on page.

Medium Meeting Rooms, Ballroom, Amphitheater, and events at the Green, Union Lawn, and Osprey Plaza 6 business days in advance
Events involving sound outdoors, complex diagrams, Catering Prep Space, or technical setups 15 business days in advance
Complex Events* 45 business days in advance
External Groups (including UNF Alumni)

*Complex Events include, but are not limited to reservations with security, third-party vendor contracts, high attendance, modifying building hours, liability releases, work orders, special staffing requests, walks/5Ks, sound outdoors, alcohol, complex diagrams, temporary building permits, technical set-ups, or similar components.
